The Concept
The truck can be used for a variety of purposes, as well as a mobile High-Definition edit suite it is also a:
Feature Rushes Viewing and Edit Station
Mobile Production Office, with Catering Facilities
‘On Location’ Television & Video Production Unit
Mobile Power Unit

The truck was original designed to bring the whole of the edit suite to your doorstep. Working with such clients of the Ministry of Defence, it soon became very apparent that not all clients had the time to spend driving up and down the motorway to visit their post production company. Even more, another client we worked with actively complained that they had to waste valuable time elsewhere in the UK editing a production they had just filmed with a local company at that location, when they should have been in their own office completing their own work tasks.
Using our truck will allow you to concentrate your focus on the subject of production without the time management problems encountered with other more distant companies.
1. Our truck can turn up at your location (this does not have to be your office as it has a self sufficient electrical supply)
2. Cameras, tripods and all the necessary production kit can be taken directly from the truck to where it is needed to film.
3. Film rushes can be instantly taken to the truck for ‘Content & Flow’ viewing or for cutting into an initial ‘Rough Edit’ before filming has been completed.
4. On completion of filming, all of the rushes are brought into the truck for the final edit.
5. At the end of the edit, the master is signed off and a final media master is burnt (DVD, Blu-ray DVD, HD Tape, etc)
6. Should a short run duplication be required, this can also be done at this time – Then, work over, the truck is packed up and leaves the site. OR You can just pop in with a cup of tea during your lunch break if you haven’t got the time to sit in on the edit!
The truck contains everything you need for a successful production. Only, with the truck can we come to you. We simply park up at your desired location (office car park, city street, company warehouses, muddy field), set up the truck and we are ready to start work. If there isn't any power, we have an 8000w generator...... We can work absolutely anywhere !


Feature Rushes viewing and Edit Station
One client observed that the truck would be really good for viewing the rushes of their forthcoming Feature film. The Bristol based client, filming in Suffolk had to return overnight to London to view the days rushes - with our truck this isn't necessary. Being located in Suffolk wouldn’t be a problem either. The fact that all the production vehicles would be parked up on the side of a road in a field would be irrelevant. The truck is fitted with an 8000w generator and can work with ease at any location. (It was noted that the truck could even supply electricity to other people/vehicles on the site, and have enough power to flood-light the site in the evenings)


Mobile Production Office (with catering facilities)
The truck was originally designed as a mobile production office. It has all of the comforts required for you to work as it is equipped with sofa, air conditioning, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and kettle – not to mention the Full Broadcast Quality High-Definition Edit Suite with Blu-ray DVD mastering facilities.


‘On Location’ Television & Video Production Unit
All the equipment necessary to produce your project is contained within the vehicle. We have HD Cameras, Steadicam, 4m camera boom with remote control power head. An Underwater camera housing, Tripods, Vehicle mounts and Audio recording equipment.


Mobile Power Unit
Our generator allows all this equipment to be used on location anywhere from a car park to the most remote of hilltop or woodland. The generator can also be used for other tasks; as running lighting equipment, charging batteries or supplying power to those home comforts whilst your miles away from home. It is has a 240v/13amp - 12v - 110v/16amp and 110/32amp outputs' with an eight hour fuel tank.
